1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are proud to offer FREE Fast Shipping on all orders delivered to Saudi Arabia and Egypt. 

* Estimated Delivery Time: Orders usually take between 7 to 15 business days to arrive at your doorstep after shipment, depending on your location and customs clearance.
* Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will allow you to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
M5R Boutique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, we optimize our shipping methods with our fulfillment partners to minimize these occurrences.

4. Damages & Incorrect Addresses
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at m5rboutiqueonline@gmail.com with photos of the damaged items so we can assist you. Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct during checkout; we are not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
